An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the Council to provide a professional and high quality procurement function that proactively seeks efficiencies and reduce costs.

You should have or be working towards full membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS). Good knowledge of procurement legislation and demonstrable procurement experience that includes working on corporate projects and managing contracts and supplier relationships is essential. Experience of working within a public sector environment and an understanding of the regulations governing public sector procurement is desirable.
