This is an exciting new role within Wyre Council and will be key to help the council to achieve its vision ‘Wyre is a place where everyone can prosper’.
With responsibility for leading and shaping our Buildings and Capital Projects team the successful candidate will also play a key role in developing and project managing property development opportunities across the Borough working closely with the Assistant Director of Property & Development Projects.
With a substantial property portfolio comprising over 240 assets, the successful candidate will be able to utilise their experience in managing the buildings team and all repairs and maintenance obligations along with all buildings compliance matters.
The post holder will also project manage any development opportunities within the wider Estate whilst promoting and implementing any changes required to ensure Wyre have an efficient team working closely with Estates colleagues.
