Senior Estates Surveyor
We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor to provide an efficient and professional estates management service and to ensure the Council maximises the use of its assets and improves financial return for the Council. The role will include the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio undertaking a variety of work including the provision of asset valuations.
You will be a qualified member of the RICS with at least two years PQE in a similar role. You will have experience in Commercial Property Management, Valuation and Landlord and Tenant matters.
