We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Operations Assistant to join our team and support our front of house operations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Job Purpose:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;As a Customer Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent experience for all visitors at Marine Hall. Under the supervision of the Customer Operations Managers, you will ensure a consistently high standard of service and actively promote tickets, goods and services during each customer interaction. &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Deliver a high standard of customer care.&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Play an active part in achieving venue sales targets by maximising customer interaction and providing feedback to line managers.&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Ensure all customer feedback is received and escalated as necessary.&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Maintain high standards of venue marketing and presentation.&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Support efficient venue changeovers.&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;With appropriate training, support the box office to manage show incoming.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Good level of literacy and numeracy (Essential)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Excellent attention to detail (Essential)&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Understanding of a ticketing system (Desirable)&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Good knowledge of event operations (Desirable)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Additional Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Willingness to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends (Essential)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The role includes weekend and evening work, with opportunities for overtime and rotas provided 3 weeks in advance.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Around 50% of time may be spent with the housekeeping team maintaining cleanliness of the venue with the remainder across customer facing functions to include box office, sales and show setup.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

    <title>Senior Electoral Services Officer</title>

&lt;p&gt;Wyre Council is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Electoral Services Officer to play a key role in delivering elections, maintaining the electoral register, and supporting civic and mayoral functions. This role supports the Returning Officer in delivering elections and referendums and may act as Deputy Returning Officer when required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Support delivery of all elections including Parliamentary, County, District and Parish elections&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Maintain and manage the electoral register in line with legislation&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Assess and determine voter registration applications including complex cases&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Lead annual household canvass and registration activities&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Manage Electoral Services Administration Officer and temporary staff&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Oversee electoral IT systems such as Xpress&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Deliver training for election staff and canvassers&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Monitor budgets and support reporting requirements&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Lead engagement to increase democratic participation&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Support mayoral and civic events such as Annual Council and Remembrance Sunday&lt;/p&gt;

    <title>Planning Solicitor</title>

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About the role&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive and high-quality legal service, with a particular focus on planning law. The role involves managing a varied and complex caseload and providing pragmatic, solution-focused legal advice to officers and members.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key responsibilities include:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Advising Planning Committee and other committees as the Council’s legal advisor&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Drafting enforcement notices and advising on planning enforcement matters&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Representing the Council in court and at inquiries where required&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Providing legal advice to planning and other client departments&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Drafting instructions to Counsel and attending meetings as appropriate&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Supporting the development of the Legal Services team and contributing to the Council’s wider objectives&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Depending on experience, you may also advise on related areas such as commercial property, contracts, procurement, licensing or litigation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About you&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will be a qualified solicitor with demonstrable experience in planning law. You will be confident handling your own caseload and able to work effectively with minimal supervision while contributing positively to a team environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You will have:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Proven experience in planning law&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Strong written and verbal communication skills&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Ability to build effective working relationships with officers, members and stakeholders&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and ability to work under pressure&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;High levels of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Experience of working within a local authority legal service and broader public sector law experience would be advantageous but is not essential.&lt;/p&gt;
